Returns And Refunds Policy Information :
For Refunds : We must receive any unwanted items within 14 days from date of delivery to you. Once your returned item(s) have been received & examined , we will process the refund and make the refunded payment back to the original account the money came from. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for this payment to show in your account. We are not able to process any refund until the goods have been received and we are unable to refund the cost of your postage.
For Returns : We understand that you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send the item unopened and in its original packaging to the below returns address within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed.
